When talking East Coast Culture, usually the topics of discussion are : Food, Fashion, and Music. That’s why Action Bronson, also known as Baklava , should topic of discussion when discussing all 3 categories. The main category that he’s excelling in exceptionally is in the food culture (industry).
In March of 2016, his cooking show “F*ck, That’s Delicious” , premiered and set the tone as far as him being diverse. Being 7 seasons in, Bronson is tasting foods from street to fine cuisine like switching from terry cloth to wet leather. Unlike Guy Fieri, Baklava is more hands on in this industry. Meaning, he’s out there throwing block party (pop-ups) by displaying his talents on the grill and cooking food for the community; he also took it upon himself to make his own olive oil with different flavors to make it more exotic. Even though we’re getting limited amount of music from Baklava, he’s still displaying his other talents, letting us know he’s still for the people.
